Strategy That Rocks is a management consulting firm that helps entrepreneurial companies launch, grow, deal with challenges, and prepare for sale.  Our approach is integrated across disciplines.  So, in every engagement, we are considering finance, operations, marketing, competitive issues, technological issues, economic issues, industry trends, capital needs and allocation, human resources and more.  Some people refer to our approach as “an inch deep and a mile wide.”  Whatever you call our approach, however, it always depends on seeing the big picture and being able to communicate effectively and efficiently with experts in each individual discipline that is critical to a business’ success.
